General swedish massage
General Swedish Massage provides the foundational techniques for many massage therapies. It is effective in reducing muscle tension, alleviating pain, increasing range of motion and mobility, improving circulation, and promoting overall relaxation and well-being. This type of massage can also help in reducing headaches and chronic pain.
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a more tailored and focused technique designed to release tension deeper within the muscle layers. The pressure applied is typically more intense than during a relaxation massage, making it ideal for chronic muscle pain and stiffness.
Trigger point therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is specifically used to decrease the adhesion of trigger points or 'knots' in muscles. This therapy is very pinpoint and focused, targeting specific areas of concern. Pressure is applied directly to trigger points and surrounding structures and fascia to help reduce trigger point density and alleviate referred pain.
Prenatal massage
Pregnancy Massage helps relax the body's muscles and reduces tension and muscle pain experienced throughout your pregnancy. We provide specialized pregnancy pillowing, allowing you to comfortably lie on your stomach or side, depending on your comfort level.

I offer flexible session lengths to accommodate your schedule and therapeutic needs. All registered massage therapy services are priced based on duration.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. I require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. A cancellation fee will apply to late cancellations or no-shows. This fee is 1/2 of your appointment fee or $50.00, whichever is less.
